She is the CEO of At Last Lifestyle and Fashion Toggery, Creator of Iconic Edge Beauty Products, Iconic Essence Natural Oil Fragrance, and the author of the book Don't Wish, WORK: Pushing Through Self-Pity To Pursue Your Purpose. She is the lead coach of the DisruptHERs Coaching Community; a safe space for women in business to do the most and take up space. Her journey as a multi-passionate entrepreneur began 20 yrs ago behind the styling chair as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician. As a hairstylist, she became globally known for her artistic abilities, and supreme hair cutting skills, that kicked open doors for her to service thousands of women, and educate her peers in the beauty industry. While working behind the styling chair she never allowed herself to become stagnant or one dimensional. She consistently created multiple streams of income with all of her abilities. Hosting events were one of those entities. She has hosted a series of Vision Board Events, Trunk Shows, Networking Events For Entrepreneurs, Hands-On Hair Classes For Hairstylists, and More. She has been a part of the production team for several hair and fashion shows, and her "Fill My Cup" Retreat for Women In Business. Today Ebony continues to coach and teach and contributes her motivational, and transformational skill to encourage other multi-potentialites, to her unique ability to confidently pivot throughout her journey. She has recently been onboarded as the Communications Director for the Process Improvement Special Interest Group for the National Society of Black Engineers, where she will aid in planning one of their largest conferences of 2023.
